That this is marked as solved is misleading at best.
There are partial workarounds for some scenarios.
I wanted to use GHPackages for nightly builds of NuGet packages and for packages we don’t want to be listed on nuget.org but dealing with authentication workarounds isn’t worth the hassle.
Without a genuine authentication-free option this is just a distraction for open source projects. That it’s pushed so hard by GitHub when not of practical use is frustrating.
